You are responsible for payment of any fees not covered by your insurance plan and for any excess that may be due.
First appointment
We understand that you may find it difficult to speak to some about your situation, but rest assured that in the first instance we only need enough information to be able to match you with the most suitable therapist and record some personal details.
It's also important that after an initial consultation you feel that the therapist is right for you, so we check that this is the case.
